Skills: magic galore, being a good guy
Likes: his family, his beard!, a good laugh, pleasant weather, Arians
Dislikes: Tarskal, . . .yep. . . mostly Tarskal. Oh and Tarskal's pervertness and the way he hits on his wife.
Description: A pretty great guy. It'd be almost too bad he has to spend most of his life chasing TD to keep him from ruining people's lives left and right, but the situation isn't always to his disadvantage, considering for example that he met his wife and soulmate saving her from the wiles of the evil one. That's Atra for you, always out to turn a bad thing to good purposes. And getting on well with the ladies better than TD despite having more facial hair and generally looking older. Har har. Older that is, until he puts the curse on Tarskal to make him look like an old man (which really he sorta is) in a clever but not all successful attempt to keep him from being such a darn (successful) PERV. 'Tra tends to be clever and funny like that. He's a bit of a loon, but in the best possible way, and he's also a champion of justice extrordinaire.
Background Info: Atra is just about always linked with TD. Wherever they came from in the past, they came into the story together when TD went to try to take over Ari, and Atra came to stop him. Their relationship is interesting in that they probably used to be friends, know each other very well, and generally both make it their goal in life to get rid of, or at least keep reins on the other. His wife whom I mentioned is obviously the mother of his two sons Astal and Ranieh, both of whom he is very proud of and loves very much. That role as a good father is the sole greatest contrast in his life to Tarskal's, though there are many. Also to note, he secretly wishes he could just get TD to be reasonably good. It ain't happening.
